Technology Risk Manager

Our client, a leading international bank, is looking for a Technology Risk Manager to join their Second Line of Defense team in Singapore. This is a great opportunity for an experienced risk professional to play a key role in strengthening technology risk oversight across a complex and dynamic banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent challenge and oversight of technology and cyber risks.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of technology risk frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on technology and operational resilience.
• Review risk and control self-assessments (RCSAs), incidents, and remediation plans from the first line.
• Support risk governance, reporting, and assurance activities.
• Present risk insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to drive effective decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Technology Risk Management, IT Audit, or Cyber Risk, ideally in a banking or financial services setting.
• Familiarity with MAS and regional/APAC regulations around technology and cyber risk.
• Strong understanding of IT controls, operational resilience, and risk management practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, etc.) are an advantage.
