Role Summary:
The Product Manager will lead the end-to-end development and launch of innovative B2B products from concept to market. This role requires a hands-on leader to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps while managing cross-functional squads to deliver impactful solutions that meet enterprise customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full product lifecycle for zero-to-one B2B product initiatives, from ideation through development to launch and iteration.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional squads including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Define clear product vision, strategy, and roadmaps with a data-driven approach aligned to business goals.
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to validate product-market fit and prioritize features.
- Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and feature prioritization balancing customer needs and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to communicate progress, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B product management experience, with proven success managing zero-to-one product development.
- Demonstrated squad or team leading experience with a hands-on approach to delivery and discovery.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with experience working directly with enterprise clients or complex B2B environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools.
