Pricing & Data Science Manager

A leading global insurance group is seeking a Pricing & Data Science Manager to join their UK & Ireland retail business. You'll be part of a cross-functional team of data scientists, analysts, and pricing specialists, driving predictive modelling and actionable insights across diverse product lines.

Key duties:

• Shape pricing and product strategy, with a focus on personal lines.

• Lead predictive and behavioural model development, applying advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.

• Mentor and manage analysts, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful projects.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in pricing model development and implementation.

• Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and predictive analytics (ML/AI desirable).

• Insurance market expertise, with the ability to translate data into commercial strategy.
