Scrum Master (Insurance)

Our London market insurance client is looking for a Scrum Master to work across different projects helping with delivery, driving ceremonies, managing the backlog and coaching squads on Agile methodologies.

Applicants are expected to have the following experience:

• Insurance experience as a Scrum Master ESSENTIAL (ideally London market insurance)
• Top notch communication skills
• Driver of ceremonies and ensure they are really effective and add value
• Someone who can coach the squads with Agile methodologies
• Self starter who has initiative and drive
• Someone who can ensure that the product vision is communicated and is willing to get under the bonnet to really understand the product vision
• Able to work closely with the Change Managers to implement and review metrics

This role requires 3 days presence each week in the London office.
