Pricing Practitioner

A fast-growing, tech-led insurer is looking for a Pricing Practitioner to join their Pricing & Underwriting team. With access to cutting-edge tools, high-quality data, and full autonomy, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of motor insurance pricing.

Key duties:

• Own the full end-to-end pricing process, from idea to live deployment.

• Develop and integrate new pricing features, tools, and models to drive profitability and growth.

• Monitor claims performance and market trends, ensuring pricing remains competitive, responsive, and sustainable.

What you'll bring:

• Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, Tableau (or similar), with the ability to extract insight from complex data.

• Solid understanding of GI pricing (motor insurance preferred) and actuarial/statistical principles.

• Commercially focused, innovative problem-solver with excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders.
