I am an Partner &amp; Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.

3 day working week - Syndicate Pricing Actuary

𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 𝗢𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦 - 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴. I am looking to speak to Lloyd's/London Market Pricing Actuaries who are looking for a 3 or 4 day working week. My client is building out their pricing team and as such are looking to make multiple hires. Key skills they are looking for is excel modelling, extensive experience in pricing, and underwriter interaction. FIA or stopped studiers are encouraged to apply. Hybrid working policy - London based. Ideally individuals should be able to get to the office 2-3 times a week. Competitive salary on offer dependent on experience.
