I am an Partner &amp; Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.

Pricing Actuary 

Our client is looking to hire a Qualified Actuary (ideally FIA 2025-2023) to join their pricing team in London. They do 2 days a week in the London office.In this role you will be supporting the best-in-class pricing across the companies various entities. You will be working closely with the Head of the team, and collaborating with various departments such as IT, Data and Underwriting. You will be maintaining and enhancing the models in their new pricing software, and produce MI reporting. This role would suit a Lloyd's/London Market Pricing Actuary who has had some exposure to python.
