The role
As an Associate Pensions Executive, you'll play a key part in supporting trustee boards and corporate clients across a range of governance and project work. You'll be involved in:

• Planning and organising trustee meetings, preparing papers, attending meetings, and taking minutes.

• Drafting member communications such as newsletters and funding statements.

• Managing governance documentation including business plans, risk registers, and regulatory filings.

• Supporting ongoing projects such as annual reports, provider reviews, member-nominated trustee processes, and scheme wind-ups.

• Working alongside senior colleagues to deliver high-quality trustee services and client support.

• Building trusted relationships with clients, advisers, and providers.

What we're looking for

• 2-5 years' experience in occupational pensions.

• Strong understanding of pensions governance and a genuine interest in the industry.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Confident using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• A proactive approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Part-qualified pensions, actuarial, or other relevant professional qualifications (such as APMI) would be an advantage but are not essential.
