Senior Claims Adjuster (Professional Indemnity)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Claims Adjuster to join a high-performing PI claims team. This role offers the chance to handle complex, high-value cases across a range of sectors including solicitors, financial services, construction, and miscellaneous professions.

What you'll do:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of PI claims, often multi-jurisdictional and high-profile.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior colleagues.
• Build strong relationships with underwriters, brokers, and external partners.
• Share insights on wordings, trends, and claims data to support business planning.
• Play a key role in maintaining a collaborative, client-focused claims function.

What you'll bring:

• Strong track record in PI claims (solicitors, financial services, construction or related).
• Confident handling complex cases and leading discussions with stakeholders.
• Experience training or supervising team members.
• Familiarity with ECF and London Market practices.
