Senior Claims Adjuster - Financial Institutions / D&O

We're seeking an experienced Senior Claims Adjuster to join a specialist team handling a diverse portfolio of Financial Institutions, Fintech, and Management Liability/D&O claims. This is a chance to take on technically challenging, high-value cases and play a central role in shaping claims strategy within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage complex FI and D&O claims, both UK and international, including primary layer risks.
• Provide technical input and guidance to junior colleagues.
• Liaise with brokers, underwriters, and external advisers to deliver a high-quality claims service.
• Share insights on trends, policy wordings, and data to help improve underwriting outcomes.
• Support the delivery of claims strategy and contribute to wider business planning.

What we're looking for:

• Strong track record in handling Financial Institutions or Management Liability claims (both is ideal but not essential).
• Experience supervising and coaching other claims professionals.
• Familiarity with ECF and London Market processes.
• Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills.
