Compensation: $125K - $175K base + variable

Overview

Our client is seeking a Sales Director to launch and drive growth for their Data, Analytics & AI practice in the healthcare sector. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead sales efforts around Snowflake-based services for healthcare clients.

The Position

This is an entrepreneurial role, combining strategy-setting with hands-on execution. The Sales Director will be responsible for winning new business, expanding relationships within healthcare providers, and working in close collaboration with Snowflake's partner ecosystem.

As the first senior sales hire, the individual will also help shape go-to-market approaches, frameworks, and execution strategies.

Your Profile

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in professional services sales, ideally focused on data, cloud, or analytics.

· Experience and existing relationships within the Snowflake partner community, with ability to leverage co-sell programs.

· Familiarity selling directly into healthcare providers, hospitals, or health systems, with an understanding of their compliance and data challenges.

· Strong knowledge of Snowflake's capabilities and awareness of complementary tools across the modern data stack.

· Snowflake certifications and experience with healthcare compliance or analytics platforms are desirable.

What You'll Do

· Own the full sales cycle for Snowflake-focused services within healthcare accounts.

· Develop and strengthen executive relationships with healthcare organizations to identify and close new opportunities.

· Partner with Snowflake's sales and channel teams to coordinate co-selling initiatives and expand market reach.

· Conduct discovery sessions with healthcare leaders to uncover pain points and define solutions spanning compliance, interoperability, and analytics.

· Represent the business at industry events and in client meetings to elevate visibility in the healthcare and Snowflake ecosystem.

Qualifications

· 2+ years of experience selling Snowflake-enabled services or solutions.

· Several years of success driving services-led revenue within data, cloud, or analytics consulting.

· Deep familiarity with healthcare industry sales cycles and decision-making structures.

· Background working with Snowflake's technical and sales ecosystem.

· Strong track record of exceeding quota and building relationships across C-level and technical stakeholders.

· Snowflake certifications and knowledge of compliance standards (HIPAA, HITRUST) are a plus.
