Technology Infrastructure Audit Lead

We are seeking a Technology Infrastructure Audit Lead with deep expertise in infrastructure and operations to join our internal risk & assurance team. In this role, you will provide leadership in reviewing technology risk, controls, and operations across enterprise-wide platforms, networks, databases, cloud, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead reviews covering enterprise-wide technology operations, infrastructure, and architecture.
• Assess risks and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen controls across platforms, networks, cloud, and databases.
• Guide and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering growth and technical depth.
• Engage with senior technology leaders to provide insights on key initiatives and emerging risks.
• Deliver clear reports and recommendations that inform decision-making at the leadership level.
• Champion innovation by leveraging data analytics and modern tools in assurance activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 13 years of hands-on experience in technology operations, infrastructure, or architecture.
• Strong technical expertise across servers, networks, databases, storage, and cloud environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a risk and control mindset.
• Strong communication skills, able to convey technical issues in clear, simple language.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist with strong communication skills who can translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders. Prior audit experience is not required-we welcome seasoned technology leaders ready to expand into governance, risk, and assurance.
