Pricing Manager - Financial Lines

A leading global insurer is seeking a Pricing Manager (Financial Lines) to join their London-based pricing function. This is a high-profile role spanning multiple speciality lines such as D&O, PI, FI and Cyber, where you'll work on some of the most complex corporate programmes in the market. With the opportunity to manage a small team, partner closely with underwriting, and deliver bespoke pricing solutions, this role offers both technical depth and strategic impact. Flexible working patterns, including part-time or job-share, are supported.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead bespoke pricing for large and complex accounts across multiple lines.

• Develop, enhance and maintain pricing tools, portfolio monitoring, and performance analysis.

• Manage and mentor junior analysts, supporting both technical and professional development.

What you'll bring:

• Qualified actuary with London Market or commercial lines experience.

• Strong technical skills in pricing and modelling, with proficiency in coding (R/Python, SQL, VBA).

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
