Investment Analyst Life Sciences ( Exclusive Mandate)

Our client is a VC specializes in investing in clinical- stage life sciences and pharma services. Supporting the advancement of clinical trials and accelerating the development of life-changing treatments. A new role has been created as an Investment Analyst to support the growing portfolio and pipeline. The role reporting directly to the managing partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence and market analysis on early- and growth-stage life science ventures.
• Engage with founders, researchers, and industry experts to assess innovation potential and market fit
• Review company models and financial projections and prepare investment memos for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support deal structuring, negotiations, and closing
• Collaborate with the global team on cross-border investment opportunities.
• Support investor relationship and reporting through active portfolio monitoring.

Key skills

• Track record of 3-5 years of experience in life sciences investment, venture capital, strategy consulting.
• Strong understanding of biotech, medtech, diagnostics, and digital health.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex scientific and financial data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, finance, or related field.
