Head of Actuarial Reporting

Lead the actuarial reporting function at a growing life insurer, with responsibility for Solvency II and US/UK GAAP results, capital forecasting, dividend planning, and process improvements. You'll also play a key role in governance, presenting to senior committees and the Board, while managing and developing a team of around 10.

Requirements:

• Qualified life actuary with 8+ years' PQE

• Strong Solvency II reporting experience

• Proven leadership and people management skills

• Confident presenting to senior stakeholders/Board

• Strategic thinker able to connect the dots and deliver change
