A leading global insurer is seeking a Senior Construction Underwriter to join their regional team. With a strong focus on profitable growth and technical excellence, you'll be responsible for underwriting construction business (with associated casualty/liability covers) while building trusted broker and client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Underwrite new and renewal construction risks to deliver on growth and profitability targets.

• Build and maintain strong broker relationships, representing the company confidently in the market.

• Support regional strategy and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to wider business initiatives.
