Ceded Reinsurance - Analyst/Actuary

Our client is looking to hire an individual to join their Ceded Reinsurance team as an Actuary/Analyst (dependent on FIA qualification). This is an excellent opportunity to join a multinational insurer which offers great scope for internal mobility.

This is a unique role with the main purpose of supporting reinsurance purchases across a variety of lines of business. In this role you will be analysing reinsurance treaties, communicating results with senior stakeholders, and also presenting to reinsurance committees - providing recommendations for business opportunities.

You will also be responsible for the parameters used in the reinsurance module of the internal model.

They require individuals who can be in office 3 days a week. They unfortunately can not provide VISAs.

They are looking to speak to Nearly or Newly Qualified Actuaries who have a background in (re) insurance pricing. Any capital modelling experience is a plus. Candidates should have strong communication skills also.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' of experience.
