Risk Oversight and Framework Maintenance

Assist in maintaining a robust and compliant Risk Management Framework across UK entities, ensuring it operates effectively and reflects evolving regulatory expectations. Support enhancements to risk processes and help identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Risk Reporting to Governance Committees

Contribute to the preparation of clear, insightful risk reporting for the Executive Committee, Risk Committee, and Boards by compiling and analysing risk data from across the organisation.

Deep Dives and Thematic Risk Analysis

Support targeted reviews on specific risk themes or areas of concern, producing structured findings for senior management consideration.

Risk Processes and Incident Management

Support the upkeep and development of risk and control registers, and assist with the management of the Emerging Risk Framework. Contribute actively to incident (risk event) reporting and analysis.

RCSAs and Quarterly Risk Reviews

Aid in coordinating and delivering Risk and Control Self-Assessments and QRRs across business functions, ensuring risk exposures, controls, indicators, and incidents are assessed, challenged, and well-documented within the GRC system.

Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA)

Provide support in the delivery of scheduled and ad-hoc ORSA processes, contributing to the risk team's assessment of the firm's solvency position and risk profile.
