Hiring for a Data Product Owner for one of the leading financial institution based in Singapore. The Data Product Owner will lead the strategy, development, and execution of the data platform designed to modernize digital experiences and enhance data quality, governance, and analytics using artificial intelligence and advanced technologies. This role coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for financial product data management and ensures alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
Job Responsibility
- Define product vision and strategy for investment data platforms, incorporating cutting-edge AI features for data quality, validation, enrichment, analytics, and suitability assessments.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritize and manage backlogs, and coordinate cross-functional teams through technical development cycles.
- Establish data governance standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with specialists to maintain quality guidelines for financial products.
- Gather user feedback and conduct research to inform platform improvements; monitor performance and implement data-driven solutions to address quality issues.
- Stay up-to-date with financial data management trends and technologies, driving adoption of alternative data sources and AI/ML capabilities.
Job Requirement
- Extensive experience as a product owner in financial data platforms or investment management systems, with strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Deep familiarity with financial products, wealth analytics, market data, data governance, and investment suitability frameworks.
- Expertise in financial data management (market, reference, performance data), data modeling, and data visualization.
- Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of developing and delivering product roadmaps in dynamic environments.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, data provider management, and integration of alternative data, with proficiency in data lineage, cataloging, and metadata management.
