Senior Solutions Architect - Databricks (Pre Sales)

We're partnering with a rapidly growing Data & AI Consultancy to find an accomplished Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Architect with deep Databricks expertise. In this strategic role, you'll shape the success of the Databricks practice by driving pre-sales engagements, advising enterprise clients, and enabling technical excellence across the team.

This is a high-impact role where you'll shape how leading enterprises leverage Databricks to transform their data strategy. You'll work with top-tier clients, lead from the front, and help scale a practice at the forefront of the data and AI ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Strategic Engagements: Manage complex customer accounts, deliver tailored demos, and showcase solutions that align with client business goals.
• Drive Pre-Sales Strategy: Collaborate with sales teams to craft compelling proposals, presentations, and proof-of-concepts demonstrating Databricks' value.
• Be the Technical Authority: Leverage your hands-on expertise with Databricks and cloud platforms to solve complex data challenges and position innovative solutions.
• Consult and Advise: Partner with clients to design and implement data architectures, define key use cases, and drive successful adoption strategies.
• Mentor and Lead: Support and grow the Solutions Architecture team, foster collaboration, and contribute to a high-performance, knowledge-driven culture.
• Champion Community Engagement: Represent the Databricks practice through workshops, meetups, and thought leadership initiatives.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in technical pre-sales or solutions architecture, ideally focused on Databricks.
• Strong ability to engage with C-level stakeholders, orchestrate teams, and influence business outcomes.
• Deep technical expertise in Databricks and modern data architectures, including proofs-of-concept and cloud platforms.
• Background in consulting, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical strategies.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams in a fast-growing environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Databricks certifications and related cloud credentials strongly preferred
• Passion for driving innovation in Data & AI
