As a Pricing Practitioner, you'll take end-to-end ownership of customer pricing, from idea to deployment. Working in a small, expert team, you'll build and optimise pricing strategies that balance profitability, competitiveness, and fairness, using cutting-edge tools and real-time data.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement pricing opportunities across customer segments to maximise growth and margin.

• Drive innovation through new models, features, and tools that enhance pricing sophistication.

• Monitor performance and trends to ensure pricing remains data-driven, responsive, and commercially sound.

What You'll Bring

• Strong analytical mindset with technical proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar.

• Solid understanding of general insurance pricing, ideally within motor.

• Confident communicator with a collaborative, commercially focused approach.
