I am an Partner &amp; Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.
​I ensure my service is reliable and transparent. I work with my clients with a solutions-orientated approach which is valuable for the team and the business. For my candidates, I'm able to guide them through the processes and provide clear communication ensuring they have the best opportunities.
Securing repeat business is something I always strive for. One of my proudest achievements is being an exclusive actuarial supplier and market adviser to one of my clients for their next recruitment drive. I pride myself on being able to deliver results.

Our client, a Lloyd's Syndicate, is looking to make hires within their pricing team to take a lead on set lines of business within the company. This role is also open to FIA Qualified Actuaries in personal lines who want to move into the Syndicate Market - excellent opportunity to pivot across!In this role you can expect to get involved with (but not limited to):<ul><li>Development of pricing models</li><li>Case pricing activity</li><li>Underwriter interaction</li><li>Pricing modernisation projects</li><li>Regular monitoring of portfolio metrics</li></ul>You must be able to get to the London office 3 days per week.The hiring manager is open to speaking to those who have general insurance pricing - the FIA or equivalent is a non-negotiable.
