Key Responsibilities

• Lead the calculation and development of the Group Economic Capital Model and support capital model use across entities.

• Present capital insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.

• Drive model governance, documentation, and regulatory alignment, including support for the Lloyd's capital process.

What You'll Bring

• Qualified actuary with 2-3 years' post-qualification experience in general insurance capital modelling.

• Expertise in capital model use for planning, reinsurance analytics, and capital allocation.

• Strong stakeholder communication skills; experience with Igloo, Tyche, or similar tools a plus.
