I am an Partner &amp; Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.

Head of Capital - exclusive to Eames

Our client is looking to hire an experienced Capital Modeller to join as Head of Capital. This is exclusive to Eames.This role will take leadership for a team of 3 and will report into the Chief Actuary.Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operation of the capital models, overseeing the development of the internal model, supporting SII initiatives, parameterisation of the capital models and managing the production of regulatory returns alongside other activities.
