Senior Lead Claims Adjuster - Marine & Aviation

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Claims Adjuster to take the lead within a specialist Marine and Aviation claims team.

You'll be responsible for managing complex and high-value losses, providing expert technical guidance, and ensuring claims are handled to the highest professional and legal standards.

This role requires someone confident in leading others, up to date with industry and legal developments, and capable of delivering a market-leading client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex Marine and Aviation claims.
• Provide technical oversight, analysis, and strategic input on large losses.
• Collaborate closely with Underwriting, Legal, and Actuarial teams.
• Mentor and support junior claims staff.

About You:

• Extensive technical experience in Marine and/or Aviation claims (insurance or reinsurance).
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to handle high-value, complex losses.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
