A leading UK insurer is seeking a Senior Risk Modelling Data Scientist to join its Motor Manufacturing Tribe, a hub where advanced analytics, pricing strategy, and innovation collide.

You'll be at the heart of developing core risk models that underpin business-critical pricing decisions. Working alongside talented actuaries, data scientists, and underwriters, you'll translate complex data into insights that shape competitiveness, profitability, and customer outcomes.

What you'll do:

• Build and refine risk and pricing models using Python, SQL, and Radar.

• Analyse large, complex datasets to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Collaborate across underwriting, trading, and finance to drive smarter pricing decisions.

What you'll bring:

• Strong technical data science experience (Python, SQL, statistical modelling).

• Insurance pricing or risk modelling expertise, ideally within personal lines.

• Confident communicator, able to explain complex insights to both technical and non-technical teams.
