They're now hiring a Pricing Governance Manager to sit at the centre of policy, oversight and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of pricing governance frameworks, ensuring balanced control that supports both commercial goals and fair customer outcomes.
• Own core pricing policies and philosophies, overseeing updates, approvals and adherence across the business.
• Challenge and support pricing proposals, ensuring regulatory, compliance and risk expectations are met.
• Coordinate governance committees, reporting, controls assurance and regulatory readiness across pricing and underwriting.

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of PMI products and personal lines pricing systems.
• Clear grasp of regulatory and compliance expectations within a large, complex organisation.
• Confident communicator able to translate technical concepts for varied stakeholders.
