Pricing Practitioner (Motor)

A leading UK insurer is expanding its Motor Retail Pricing function and is seeking a Pricing Practitioner to enhance pricing capability, optimise value, and strengthen commercial performance across a high-profile portfolio.

Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the office (London or Leeds).

Key Responsibilities

• Research, test and implement new pricing approaches to improve performance and customer outcomes.
• Deliver pricing and optimisation changes that support strategic and commercial objectives.
• Strengthen governance and controls across pricing delivery and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Enhance processes, mentor junior analysts, and embed best practice across the team.

Key Requirements

• Experience in retail motor pricing and price optimisation.
• Strong understanding of pricing algorithms, underwriting logic and relevant regulation.
• Skilled in Radar (or similar tools) and confident using SQL/Python for data manipulation.
