Change & Business Readiness Lead. AI Transformation Programme

We are seeking an experienced Change & Business Readiness Lead to support a major AI transformation programme within a large Investment Management firm. This role sits at the heart of a multi-disciplinary change team and will be responsible for leading the Business Readiness Workstream.

This is an exciting opportunity for a change professional who is confident operating across people, process, data and technology, and who can drive the successful adoption of AI-enabled solutions across the business. Some of the use cases that the business are looking at include: Co Pilot, Sentiment Analysis, Complaint and Question Handling and Investment research and Analytics.

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong background in organisational change management, ideally within digital or transformation programmes.

Proven experience delivering business readiness, adoption and behavioural change initiatives.

Skilled facilitator, able to run workshops and engage diverse stakeholder groups.

Ability to translate technical or data-driven solutions into clear organisational impacts.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Knowledge of AI, automation, or data-driven change.

Ideal For

Change Managers, Business Readiness Leads, Transformation Workstream Leads, or Senior Change Analysts ready to step up into a leadership role.
