Head of Business Applications

Hiring for a Director, Business Application. The role serves as a key senior management team leader with deep expertise in diverse financial systems across investment. The position will collaborate closely with global technology heads and business leads to shape the business applications roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Drive resilient, compliant, cost-effective operations, full product lifecycle management, and successful project delivery across the portfolio to maximize business value via top-tier solutions
• Establish and execute strategy alongside Chapter leads, Platform Owners, and delivery leads
• Initiate project and expand business application services with full automation and ownership
• Exhibit track record in launching and delivering cross-departmental initiatives
• Guide cross-functional, multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural team
• Optimize partner ecosystem and operating model

As an successful candidate, you must have at least 15 years of experience in financial services, in particular - investment banks or investment management. Adjacent financial services experience may be considered. You must have proven success in leading high-performing agile application teams and strong people leadership skills. A deep understanding of current/emerging trends in financial industry and ability to champion and drive technical ownership of business application while working across function such as Data, Security, AI/GenAI highly preferred.
