Our client is looking for a Senior Structuring Manager to join a specialist structuring team.
This is a transaction-focused oversight role, responsible for managing and negotiating structured reinsurance and balance-sheet solutions from concept through to execution.
The role will work closely with ALM and senior stakeholders, with a strong focus on balance-sheet optimisation, governance, policy design, and transaction structuring. You will oversee the terms and legal documentation of structured solutions, managing multiple deals per year in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in structured solutions within reinsurance or a closely related banking background, with a clear understanding of legal processes, governance frameworks, and transaction execution. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to independently manage deals end-to-end are essential.
This is a flat-structure role with no direct reports, suited to a highly capable and adaptable individual who is comfortable operating at senior level and responding to evolving structures and priorities. The role offers exposure to a varied pipeline of transactions and close collaboration with senior leadership, with locations available in London (preferred), Cambridge, or York and a hybrid working model.
