A leading UK insurer is strengthening its Commercial Lines Pricing leadership, hiring a Senior Pricing Manager to drive modelling sophistication, governance, and team capability at scale. This is a high-impact role with real influence over strategy, data, and delivery, not just BAU pricing.

Fully remote, genuinely flexible, and positioned at the centre of commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive rating and modelling enhancements to improve loss ratios, risk selection and growth.

• Lead and develop a high-performing pricing team, embedding best practice and strong governance.

• Use internal, external and broker data to strengthen predictive models and pricing outcomes.

• Act as the senior pricing SME, translating complex insights into clear commercial decisions.
