I&rsquo;m an Associate Director specialising in actuarial, insurance risk and predictive analytics in the general insurance space. I predominantly work with commercial, personal, London and Lloyd&rsquo;s Market insurers, including insurtechs across London.
I have gained an extensive network within the actuarial industry and work with a range of candidates with one year's experience up to head of level. Having already established relationships in my network allows me to source and pinpoint the right candidates for the right roles efficiently to support my client&rsquo;s needs as well as understand my candidate's career goals.
I ensure I keep up to date with my market, and I pride myself on being able to provide those insights to both my clients and candidates. My presence online, with my podcast series talking with professionals about industry topics, is another way I add value to the market and create a space for people to talk, share and connect within the actuarial space.
