Actuarial Pricing Manager - Health

A brand-new role for a commercially-minded actuarial professional!

We are partnering with forward-thinking insurer looking for an Actuarial Manager to drive high-impact pricing insights and lead a small team.

This is commercial, fast-paced, and collaborative - not just number-crunching.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and maintain pricing models, explaining assumptions clearly
- Identify and quantify risks, opportunities, and business drivers
- Translate technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Coach colleagues and share expertise to encourage continuous learning
- Deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment

What You Need:
- Qualified actuary (or equivalent)
- Strong actuarial pricing experience (Health, Life or GI)
- Solid modelling skills, commercial judgement, and excellent stakeholder communication
- Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI a bonus
- Comfortable in a busy, evolving team
