Senior Property Claims Adjuster

A leading insurer is hiring a Senior Claims Adjuster to manage and resolve medium to high complexity Corporate & Commercial first-party claims to a consistently high standard, with minimal supervision. You'll also play a mentoring role within the team.

What you'll be doing

• Own a caseload of complex property and/or construction claims end-to-end, delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Complete and report on coverage analysis to a high standard.
• Apply strong policy wording knowledge, damage quantification, and negotiation to reach fair, robust resolutions.
• Appoint and manage loss adjusters, lawyers, and experts to protect company and client interests.
• Handle multinational exposure (including US, Europe, AsiaPac) and collaborate with group/partner stakeholders.
• Support internal initiatives: projects and presentations for internal/external stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and step in on managerial tasks when needed.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience handling large/complex first-party property and/or construction claims, including lead handling on primary and/or excess layers.
• Strong written and verbal communication; confident in multi-party negotiation and critical analysis.
• Solid tech skills (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently, with high financial responsibility.

Qualifications (preferred)

• Bachelor's degree.
• CII (or equivalent), or strong relevant experience in a first-party insurance environment.
