Move to Pricing? Nearly or Newly Qualified Actuary

Our client is looking to hire a Nearly or Newly Qualified Actuary to join their team in London. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking for the next stage in their career development, and who is eager to continually learn new skills.

The hiring manager isn't necessarily looking for someone who has extensive experience in pricing - what is more important is strong commercial acumen, ability to build rapport with stakeholders, and having an excellent academic background (with examples of picking up new skills).

This role will take responsibility for a set line of business. You will be involved with portfolio strategy and portfolio reviews. You will also be involved in model development work, underwriter interaction, and adding value to the overall pricing strategy through innovation and transformation.

Candidates must be able to get to the office 3 days a week.
