I am an Partner &amp; Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.
​I ensure my service is reliable and transparent. I work with my clients with a solutions-orientated approach which is valuable for the team and the business. For my candidates, I'm able to guide them through the processes and provide clear communication ensuring they have the best opportunities.

Pricing Actuary - Start-Up

Our client is looking to hire a Pricing Actuary to join their team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has a Lloyd's/London Market background to get involved in growing the syndicate from the ground up, taking ownership of processes, and being a key figure in the department. In this role they would want someone who has ideally seen property lines of business. You will be involved with model build/development, portfolio reviews, and engaging with the senior underwriters. This role is business facing and there is an opportunity to get involved in ad-hoc projects outside of pricing. Hybrid set up of 3 days in the office.
