Risk Pricing Manager

My client is hiring Risk Pricing Manager who is technically capable and a sound communicator to refresh pricing models in a leading MGA.

This opportunity has a clear pathway to the Head of Pricing position within the first 18 months of the role.

The Role -

• Build and refine technical pricing models
• Quantify risk and optimise pricing structures
• Conduct detailed risk assessments to understand market influence
• Cross-collaboration with underwriting, actuarial and product development

The Candidate -

• Over 4 years personal lines or SME insurance pricing experience
• A deep understanding of insurance pricing and market dynamics
• Technically proficient (e.g. Python, R, SQL, Earnix, Emblem, Radar)
• Collaborative leader - able to manage a team of 3

Location - London (2 days a week in the office)

Salary - up to £90,000
