I am an Partner &amp; Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.
​I ensure my service is reliable and transparent. I work with my clients with a solutions-orientated approach which is valuable for the team and the business. For my candidates, I'm able to guide them through the processes and provide clear communication ensuring they have the best opportunities.
Securing repeat business is something I always strive for. One of my proudest achievements is being an exclusive actuarial supplier and market adviser to one of my clients for their next recruitment drive. I pride myself on being able to deliver results.

Capital Actuary - Igloo

I am working with a Specialty Insurer to hire a Capital Actuary to join their team in London. They operate on a 3 day hybrid policy in the office.In this role you will be supporting model use such as reinsurance analysis and optimisation, being a key part of the LCR process, support regulatory reporting such as PRA and LCM returns plus ORSA, and the development of the internal model. There is also the opportunity to get involved in areas outside of capital modelling such as reserving and pricing when it is not peak deadlines. They are looking to speak to capital modelers who have over 4 years' of experience. Candidates ideally should be Nearly or Newly Qualified.
