BI Developer – Finance (Investment / Financial Products)

We are seeking a BI Developer to support Finance in delivering modern, data-driven reporting solutions across financial and investment products. This role partners closely with Finance to design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and data models that drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into scalable BI solutions.
• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, financial reports, and KPI scorecards.
• Modernize and streamline financial reporting platforms through structured migration and optimization initiatives.
• Build and maintain robust financial data models with strong data quality and governance controls.
• Develop and optimize ETL pipelines and SQL queries to support finance data operations.
• Provide ad-hoc analytics support and mentor Finance users on BI best practices.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and investment / financial products (e.g., equities, fixed income, funds, structured products).
• Proven experience supporting Finance teams with BI solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with general ledger systems and financial consolidation tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and Finance stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services or asset management is preferred.
