FP&A Manager | PE-Backed

Eames is partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed infrastructure business to appoint a strategic FP&A Manager.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a practice-trained ACA with industry FP&A experience to step into a core role with significant exposure to both commercial and corporate finance within a rapidly scaling business.

Title: FP&A Manager

Location: London, United Kingdom

Work Pattern: Hybrid, 3 Days Office (plus occasional travel to the midlands)

Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 + 10% Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

FP&A

• Owning core FP&A activities and supporting strategic financial planning
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Assist with monthly reporting to deliver commercial insights to senior stakeholders
• Establish and maintain risks and opportunities tracker
• Assist in data implementation and drive a best-in-class data driven planning environment
• Develop dashboards and ad-hoc analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making

M&A

• Assist with M&A activity, including building and managing valuation models
• Support scenario analysis and initial due diligence
• Support the M&A process from origination to integration

Commercial activity

• Support commercial activity across the business, partnering with business leaders to drive value

Skills:

• Qualified ACA (Ideally Top 10 practice-trained).
• Prior FP&A experience within a heavy CAPEX or infrastructure business.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into a clear, strategic narrative for senior stakeholders.
• Experience working within a PE-backed environment is highly desirable.
