FP&A Manager - PE-Backed Data Infrastructure

Eames are partnering with a PE-Backed data infrastructure business to hire a FP&A Manager. This role will grow into a Head of FP&A role, reporting directly to the CFO.

Title: FP&A Manager

Location: London, England

Work pattern: Hybrid, 3 Days in Office

Salary: £80-90,000 (flexible DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Performance Reporting: Manage the delivery of monthly performance packs and strategic reports, adhering to strict group timelines and quality standards.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead end-to-end annual planning and quarterly forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic financial targets.
• Strategic Partnership: Act as the CFO’s "right hand," providing the commercial insights that drive growth and value creation.
• Value Creation & M&A: Build sophisticated models to evaluate acquisitions, track integration performance, and optimize capital allocation.
• Process Transformation: Lead the evolution of our budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning to meet gold-standard PE expectations.
• Commercial Insight: Develop real-time dashboards and KPIs that provide radical transparency into margins, sales pipeline, and cost optimization.
• Influential Leadership: Drive change through collaboration, challenging senior stakeholders to elevate their commercial thinking.

Skills:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent)
• Significant experience within FP&A
• Exposure to a PE-backed, data or infrastructure environment desirable
• Desire to join a fast growing, progressive environment

Package:
