Senior Pricing Analyst

I am hiring a technical pricing candidate for a Senior Pricing analyst for a growing motor insurer.

 

In this role you will own the end-to-end retail pricing process for a range of motor products. This role is essential to the central pricing function and will continue to be as they grow across UK and European market.

 

The Role -

• Implement strategic pricing decisions for new and existing motor products
• Closely collaborate with the Pricing Leadership team
• Assess the performance across the product portfolio and provide recommendations for adjustments where necessary
• The mentorship of junior team members and cultivating a highly collaborative team

 

The Candidate -

• 3-5 years' experience in personal lines pricing
• Motor pricing desirable
• Strong technical skills - SQL, Python, R or equivalent
• A track record of managing personal lines strategies
• A willingness to challenge traditional pricing methods

 

Location - London (Hybrid, 2 days a week in the office)

Salary - £50,000 - £90,000
