As Partner &amp; Executive Director at Eames Consulting, I lead our <a href="https://www.eamesconsulting.com/specialist-disciplines/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Specialist Disciplines</a> (spanning Actuarial, Catastrophe Risk, Broking &amp; Underwriting and Claims &amp; Operations) and&nbsp;<a href="https://www.eamesconsulting.com/change-transformation/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Change &amp; Transformation</a> practices, supporting clients and candidates across the&nbsp;insurance market.
My role is focused on building high-performing specialist teams and strengthening our market proposition, ensuring our consultants are deeply embedded in their markets and equipped to advise with genuine subject-matter expertise, credibility, and confidence.
I work closely with our leadership teams to shape how we engage the market, develop talent internally, and continue to raise standards across delivery, candidate experience, and client outcomes. My client is looking to hire a Reinsurance Pricing Analyst to focus on Property, Casualty and Speciality Lines of business.
&nbsp;
This would be an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to collaborate with underwriters to produce data driven pricing recommendations and support the change and continuous improvements across the pricing team.
&nbsp;
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in Pricing, Reinsurance or Insurance classes and will be working towards actuarial qualification. It is also extremely advantageous to be proficient/advanced in Excel, SQL, VBA.
&nbsp;
Location - London (3 days a week in office)
Salary - &pound;80-90,000
