I am an Partner &amp; Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.
​I ensure my service is reliable and transparent. I work with my clients with a solutions-orientated approach which is valuable for the team and the business. For my candidates, I'm able to guide them through the processes and provide clear communication ensuring they have the best opportunities.
Securing repeat business is something I always strive for. One of my proudest achievements is being an exclusive actuarial supplier and market adviser to one of my clients for their next recruitment drive. I pride myself on being able to deliver results.

Senior Capital Actuary 

Our client is looking to hire a FIA Capital Actuary to report into the Head of Capital. They operate on a hybrid set up of 3 days in the London office. This would suit an individual who has experience in the Lloyd's Market and who has great problem solving skills.
In this role you will be supporting on all aspects of the internal models. You will be overseeing the submission of Standard Formula, Lloyd's Capital Return or Lloyd's Standard Model. You will also be contributing to the evaluation of new business ventures. You will also be engaging with internal and external stakeholders and be expected to build effective working relationships.
