I am an Partner &amp; Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.
​I ensure my service is reliable and transparent. I work with my clients with a solutions-orientated approach which is valuable for the team and the business. For my candidates, I'm able to guide them through the processes and provide clear communication ensuring they have the best opportunities.

Cyber Pricing Actuary

Our client is looking to make a hire in their pricing department to join a multinational team focused on cyber products. This role would suit someone who brings a wealth of Lloyd's/London Market pricing experience to the table (ideally with exposure to cyber) and who can commit to being in London 2/3 days a week.
This is a BAU pricing role and therefore you can expect to get involved in traditional actuarial pricing work. You will be building effective working relationships with underwriters and collaborating with other pricing/actuarial departments outside of cyber.
For this role they require FIA Qualified Actuaries.
