I am an Partner &amp; Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.
​I ensure my service is reliable and transparent. I work with my clients with a solutions-orientated approach which is valuable for the team and the business. For my candidates, I'm able to guide them through the processes and provide clear communication ensuring they have the best opportunities.

Pricing Actuary - Nearly or Newly Qualified

Our client is looking to hire a Pricing Actuary to join their team in London. They have a hybrid set up of 4 days in the office and an excellent benefits package which includes 30 days annual leave.
In this role you will be supporting underwriters by building pricing models, optimising portfolios and evaluating new markets. Responsibilities also include creating analytical tools for business use. You will be collaborating with a variety of internal teams which include exposure management, ceded re and other actuarial divisions.&nbsp;
They are looking to speak to Part/Nearly or Newly Qualified Actuaries who have a Lloyd's/London Market background. Candidates should have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and also have advanced technical skills which include Python, SQL and PowerBI.
