I am an Partner &amp; Director on the actuarial team, specialising in recruiting mid-to-senior talent within the Lloyd&rsquo;s, London Market and personal lines space, including part-qualified roles up to head of departments.
I was attracted to the actuarial market in 2017 due to it being a niche and specialised market. This has allowed me to build out an established network and be able to understand my client&rsquo;s and candidate's needs, ask the right questions and deliver on both sides.
Not every candidate conversation has to be about being put forward for roles, I can add value by giving candidates the opportunity to know more about salaries, in-demand skills, and also current trends such as flexibility in working arrangements.
​I ensure my service is reliable and transparent. I work with my clients with a solutions-orientated approach which is valuable for the team and the business. For my candidates, I'm able to guide them through the processes and provide clear communication ensuring they have the best opportunities.
Securing repeat business is something I always strive for. One of my proudest achievements is being an exclusive actuarial supplier and market adviser to one of my clients for their next recruitment drive. I pride myself on being able to deliver results.

High Net Worth Pricing Analyst

Our client is looking to hire a Pricing Analyst to join their team in London. They have a flexible hybrid policy - the minimum office contact they ask for is once per week.
In this role you will be enhancing and maintaining our pricing models, portfolio monitoring, process improvement and pricing analysis.
For this role they need personal or commercial lines pricing experience, someone making good progress in the actuarial exams and knowledge in SQL/R/Power BI/Snowflake.
