Management Accountant

Eames are exclusively partnering with a leading care home business based in London to hire a Management Accountant. Our client is a highly acquisitive business with exciting growth plans for the coming years. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Preparation of full management accounts for a proportion of care homes</li><li>Presenting the management accounts to the Finance Director for review</li><li>Full P&amp;L responsibility for each home with supporting balance sheet reconciliations </li><li>Building strong working relationships with the management teams</li><li>Review and analyse any variances to the budget.</li><li>Reviewing budgets against prior year budgets and performance</li><li>Accurate and timely production of monthly investor packs</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience in a similar Management Accountant role</li><li>Care home industry experience</li><li>Experience in building strong working relationships</li></ul>What&#39;s on offer:<ul><li>£40,000 - £45,000</li><li>Annual bonus</li><li>Pension</li></ul>This is a hybrid working role, based in their North-West London office 4 days per week.
