Technology Risk & Resilience Senior Associate

Eames Consulting are partnered with a leading Global Insurance firm to appoint a Technology Risk & Resilience Senior Associate. This role is based in London and requires three days a week in the office.

In this role you will work with operational business functions including Cyber Security, IT Architecture, Data Governance etc. and review, report and challenge their management of Risk.

Key Responsbilities:

• Support with Risk and Control Self-Assessment, Risk Incident Reporting, Risk appetite reporting, Emerging risks reporting and Stress and scenario testing.
• Lead thematic reviews on risk topics upon IT, Security and Resilience. Provide analysis and targeted recommendations from the findings and present to key stakeholders.
• Attend risk committees and provide reporting for these.

Experience:

• In-depth knowledge of security, resilience and third party risk management principles and best practices
• Knowledge of risk management techniques e.g. Solvency II requirements.
• Experience in conducting in depth technical control analysis and evaluation from thematic reviews.
• Previous experience working in a Cloud first environment and knowledge of Azure and Microsoft Products.
• Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
